Return / Exchange Policy

Modification/ Cancelation

We understand that you may need to cancel or modify your order due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we accept order cancellations and modifications within 6 hours of placing your order. To request a modification or cancellation, please provide us with your email address and order number via our contact page.

We strive to process your request promptly, and you can typically expect a response within one to 3 hours.

Please note that after 6 hours, we cannot accept any modifications or cancellations because your order will have already entered the production process. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Replace, Refund & Return

In the event that your item is damaged or there has been a printing error on our part, we are more than willing to reprint and reship the product to you at no extra charge. To qualify for a replacement, kindly reach out to us through our contact page within 14 days upon receipt of your order.

To expedite the replacement process, please provide the following information when submitting your request:

  • A photograph of the damaged item and its packaging
  • Your Order ID number
  • Our team will review your claim within 24 business hours. If we confirm that a printing error occurred or the item was damaged in transit, we will gladly reprint and reship the product to you without any additional fees.

    Once we have accepted your replacement request, we will promptly begin processing it. If you do not receive your replacement within 15 days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

    In the event that you do not want a replacement item for any reason, we are happy to offer refunds for damaged orders or printing errors on our part.

    Please note that due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for prints or frames unless the item arrives damaged or due to an error on our part.
